Todd Obijeski is a registered patent attorney in the Atlanta office of Merchant & Gould. He is experienced in drafting and prosecuting U.S. patent applications, corresponding with foreign associates and prosecuting foreign applications, assisting in foreign opposition proceedings, drafting patent landscape reports, and drafting freedom to operate and invalidity opinions. Todd also has experience in inter partes reexaminations.
